I’m Kaspar, a senior product designer who stays for the build.

For more than ten years I’ve worked on regulated and technical products, usually where the flow is hard to explain or the team needs a decision more than another set of screens.

A few things I believe

Start with the real constraint

Legal requirements, engineering limits and customer anxiety are part of the design, not problems to hide from it.

Make the promise agree with the product

The ad, landing page and onboarding should feel like one experience. A good promise should survive after sign-in.

Stay through implementation

I work directly with engineers, review the build and learn from release data. A handoff is not the finish line.

The short version

I started in marketing design, moved into product and eventually co-founded two companies, including a startup I later sold. That path taught me to look beyond the interface: how a product is found, explained, built and improved.

For more than ten years I’ve worked with founders, product leaders and engineers at companies including Monefit, Lightyear, Veriff, Katana and Glassity.

I like direct collaboration, difficult flows and work that reaches customers. Outside the project, I split my time between Tallinn and London.
