A senior second pair of eyes on your live product: where the funnel leaks, where trust breaks, and what to fix first. Start with a live teardown for €300, then go deeper only where useful.
A second pair of senior eyes is cheapest exactly when the roadmap feels too busy to pause.
01 · Silent leaks
Your funnel leaks in places analytics won't name.
Analytics show where people leave, not why: someone has to walk the flow like a stressed first-timer, the way I describe in design the bad day first. Baymard's checkout research found the average large ecommerce site can gain a 35% lift in conversion through better checkout design alone; most drop-off is fixable friction, not fate.
02 · Too close
You can't see your own product anymore.
Your team reads the interface from memory; new users read it cold, and the eye finds your button last. NN/g's research found a first usability study with five users surfaces about 85% of a product's usability problems: fresh eyes find fast.
03 · Support drag
Users ask support what the product should answer.
HBR's research found 81% of customers try to solve a problem themselves before contacting a live person, so every self-service dead end becomes a ticket. At Lightyear, restructuring the help centre around search cut support contacts by roughly 15%.
Choose the right starting point.
Start with a live teardown, commission a focused project, or add embedded support to an existing team. Prices exclude VAT, and the scope and fee are agreed before the work begins.

Not sure which depth fits? Start with the product problem and I will recommend the smallest useful option.

How to find the right problems and turn observations into shipped fixes.
Three options, all excluding VAT: a €300 live teardown, a focused product project from €2,500, and embedded design support at €5,000 per month.
How is an audit different from a redesign?
An audit tells you what to fix and in what order; a redesign is one way to act on it. You get findings, priorities and quick wins your existing team can ship. If deeper design work makes sense afterwards, that can become the focused project.
Do you cover accessibility?
Yes. WebAIM's 2026 scan of the top million homepages found detectable WCAG 2 failures on 95.9% of them, low contrast alone on 83.9%. I check against WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard the European Accessibility Act references for financial services.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to the product or a test account, whatever analytics you already have, and one call to hear where it hurts. For a preview of the method, take the free bad-day audit or download the PDF and run it yourself.
What happens on the call
Fifteen minutes, no deck, no discovery workshop to book afterwards.
01 · Before
You send a link and a sentence.
I look at your product before we talk, so the call opens on specifics instead of background.
02 · The 15 minutes
You describe what feels stuck.
I tell you what I would look at first, and say plainly whether this is work I am the right person for.
03 · After
A short written summary.
The approach, the scope and the fee if it makes sense to continue. No obligation either way.
Get a fix list, not a lecture.
Tell me what your product does and where it hurts, and I will tell you honestly whether an audit will pay for itself. Not ready to talk? Take the free 5-question bad-day audit, or download the PDF version and run it with your team.
